Did you know that 480 million women around the world can’t read and write? Despite today's incredible technology, it doesn’t make sense that millions of people are illiterate. Millions of adults can't register the birth of their child, read a medicine packet, or apply for a job. They are excluded from so much. Illiteracy doesn’t make sense! We all agree that access to education for children is a fundamental human right. Yet millions of women missed out on an education.
